A planning application has been submitted for the field next to the Primary School on Back Lane. Planning consent has already been granted for 3 large houses but this new application is for a mix of ten 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroomed detached dwellings to make better use of the available land. Because it is a small development, affordable housing will not be included and it won’t be eligible for section 106 contributions.

The Parish Council has arranged an extension to the consultation on this planning application until Monday 25 October.
